2021 Summary of Achievements and Spotlights

目標達成情形摘要及亮點

台灣首府大學執行TSU高教深耕計畫在以結合本校校務發展之31項行動方案,進行二個階段規劃(包括「創新及特色發展期」及成效深耕發展期)。本校執行110年度高教深耕計畫係屬於成效深耕發展期,計畫內容包括四個分項計畫構面,30項執行策略及22項關鍵指標,經費總執行率為89%(部分項目因COVID 19疫情影響而無法依規劃時程完成辦理)。本計畫目標達成情形摘要及亮點,分述如下:

1.分項計畫A厚植學生關鍵就業能力計畫,旨在於落實教學創新及提升教學品質,強化學生基本能力與就業能力培育。其主要亮點為:

(1)拓展IR校務研究系統之多功能性,建置圖像式校務資訊系統之應用評析與機制,掌握學生學習問題之回饋分析。

(2)推行PBLMPAS等創新教學方法,提升學生學習動機與意願,獲參與學生84%的認同度。

(3)各學系之實習制度皆已依規劃目標完成100%建置率。(4)強化學生參與創新創業競賽活動的學習機會,積極輔導學生參加校內外各類競賽,屢獲優異成績。

2.分項計畫B落實公共化體制推動計畫,旨在於提升高教公共性建立弱勢生協助機制與公開辦學資訊。其主要亮點為:

(1)推動族群關懷友善校園,協助經濟弱勢或文化差異之學生學習機會,透過多項方案系統之支持,促使本校學生對於多元文化的接受程度達85%

(2)落實辦學公共性之責任,強化師生權益之保障,每月透過行政會議進行校務績效指標之執行控管,提升校務發展之執行成效。

3.分項計畫C強化跨域協作與實踐力計畫,旨在於善盡社會責任落實本校在大學社會責任之具體實踐目標。其主要亮點為:

(1)提升「麻豆學」之協作實踐,結合在地產業辦理25場次之重要活動,促進地方產業發展與創新創業經驗分享,提升師生實務在地經營成果。

(2)具體完成7件成果作品,包括麻豆柚子烘焙開發成果發表。

4.分項計畫D深化菁英人才培育特色計畫,旨在於發展學校特色,辦理各項人才培育活動,促進學生透過參與競賽活動訓練自己長才。其主要亮點為:

(1)辦理13場次的特色人才重點培育活動,增加學生自信與潛能發展,甚至獲得優異競賽獎項。

(2)參與特色人才培育的學生人次持續增加。

5.本計畫配合國家政策,達成之具體成果與亮點為:

(1)重要教育議題之宣導並適時納入教學課程。

(2)激勵學生安心就學與向心力。

(3)推展公民教育/品德教育、原住民族教育/原住民族語。

 

 

Summary of Achievements and Spotlights

Taiwan Shoufu University implemented the Higher Education Sprout Project of TSU, which combined 31 action proposals for the University Affairs Development and was carried out through a two-stage plan (including the “innovation and characteristic development period” and the “effectiveness development period”).

TSU’s implementation of the 110-year Higher Education Sprout Project is marked as a sustained period of effective sprout development for the school. The project included four sub-projects, 30 implementation strategies, and 22 expected measured results. The total funding implementation rate is 89%. The summary and highlights of the goals of this project are as follows:

1. Sub-project A:

"Plan to Improve the Employability of Students" aimed to foster teaching innovation, improve teaching quality, and strengthen the cultivation of the basic abilities and employability of students. The main highlights are:

 (1) Expanded the versatility of the university affairs research (IR) system, built an image-based information system to evaluate applications, and achieved better understanding of student feedback and learning challenges.

 (2) Implemented PBL, MPAS like innovative education methods which enhanced the students’ desire to learn, 84% of participants responded favorably when surveyed.

 (3) Each department’s internship system has completed 100% of the planned internship hourly goal. The total number of hours students have participated in various internships is 81,976 hours.

 (4) Strengthened the learning opportunities for students participating in entrepreneurial business competitions. Furthermore, actively encouraged and guided students to participate in various competitions inside and outside of the school and achieved favorable results.



2. Sub-project B:

"Plan to Implement the Public System Promotion" aimed to enhance the publicity of higher education, establish a mechanism for assisting disadvantaged students, and promote the school’s information to the greater public. The main highlights are:

 (1) Promoted an ethnically caring and friendly campus while providing learning opportunities to students with economic disadvantages or cultural differences. Our students’ rate of acceptance of multiculturalism has reached 85% through various projects and continued support.

 (2) Enhanced the public responsibility of operating a school and strengthened the safety and rights of students and teachers. Monthly administrative meetings aided the implementation and control of school performance indicators, and further promoted the actions of the university affairs development.



3. Sub-project C:

"Plan to Strength Cross-domain Collaboration and Practical Abilities" aimed to fulfill overall social responsibility and further specific TSU's social responsibility objectives. The main highlights are:

 (1) Improved the practice of "Madou Learning" through collaborating with local businesses on 25 important events which promoted various local businesses while valuable entrepreneurship experience was shared, furthering the practical results of teachers and students.

 (2) Completed seven practical cases of university social responsibility, including: the development of Madou pomelo.



4. Sub-project D:

 "Plan to Deepen the Special Talent Cultivation" aimed to develop school characteristics, organize various talent cultivation activities, and promote students to train themselves through competitions. The main highlights are:

 (1) Handled thirteen special talent cultivation activities to increase students' self-confidence and potential development, winning awards in several competitions.

 (2) Student participation in the cultivation of special talents continue to increase .



5. Higher Education Sprout Project of TSU is in line with national policies, and the specific results and highlights achieved are:

 (1) Promoted important educational issues while appropriately incorporating them into the teaching curriculum.

 (2) Encouraged students to study with peace of mind and enhanced school spirit and the internal cohesion in school.

 (3) Promoted civic and moral education with strong inclusion of aboriginal and indigenous languages.
